BFDL holds no warranty and does not make any representation about the quality of claims processing and shall not be responsible for claims, recovery of claims, or for processing of or clearing of claims, in any manner whatsoever. 

10. Taxes shall be applicable as per governing tax laws and shall be borne by the Policyholder as per applicable rate. Tax laws are subject to change from time to time. Please consult your tax advisors for details.

3. for any fraud, negligence/mistake or misconduct by you including failure to comply with the KRA/KYC norms or provision of a valid PAN or PMLA requirements.

4. for any loss or damage incurred or suffered by you due to withdrawal or termination or suspension of this facility arising from or caused by any reason whatsoever.

 

BFDL does not warrant or accept liability, responsibility of any harm, losses, damages, howsoever caused in connection with the use of, or on the reliance of the product or related services being offered on the Site, m including but not limited to non-execution of orders or any incorrect execution of orders by You or due to, any link/system failure or insufficient funds in your trading account. Neither does BFDL  take any responsibility or liability for any loss or shortfall incurred by the investors.

 

You recognize that BFDL will not record or validate any of the IP address through which the transactions are placed, provided the user logs in with the access credentials assigned to you; and BFDL shall not be held liable, to presume that the transactions have been placed by you.

As per SEBI, Net Asset Value (“NAV”) is required to be disclosed by the mutual funds on a daily basis. The NAV per unit of all mutual fund schemes have to be updated on Association of Mutual Funds in India  (“AMFI”)’s website and the Mutual Funds’ website by 11 p.m. of the same day. Fund of Funds are allowed time till 10 a.m. the following business day to update the information.

 

Unlike stocks (where the price is driven by the market and changes from minute-to-minute), mutual funds don't declare NAVs through the day. Instead, NAVs of all mutual fund schemes are declared at the end of the trading day after markets are closed, in accordance with SEBI Mutual Fund Regulations.

 

NAV is declared by the mutual funds only on business days.

 

You acknowledge and accept that there may be delay in the NAV updated on the Site, as the NAV information is obtained from external sources and is provided on “As-Is” basis. In case of any discrepancies or delays observed in the NAV updated kindly visit the respective Asset Management Company (“AMC”)’s website or AMFI website to check the updated NAV.

 

Also note that the mutual fund units are allocated only at the prospective NAV, i.e. the NAV that would be declared at the end of the day, based on the closing market value of the securities held by the respective schemes.  The cut-off time for submission/receipt of fund is the important factor based on which the respective end-of-day NAV is considered.

BFDL has partnered with Bajaj Financial Securities Limited (BSFL) which is registered with PFRDA as Point of Presence (POP) for NPS (PFRDA Reg. No. POP325022021) for sourcing leads for NPS products, US Stock investments and DEMAT account opening. Bajaj Financial Securities Limited has tied up with Vested Inc for US stock investment. The Users shall be redirected to the partners platform and the User shall be bound by the terms and conditions as applicable to such User. 

BFDL has entered into partnership with Banks and other Financial Institutions for offering other financial products like Fixed Deposits, Current Account, Savings Account, Bonds and Sovereign gold bond etc. The interest rates mentioned on our Site as against Fixed Deposit is based on the prevailing interest rates as shared by such Banks and Deposit taking NBFCs with us, which are subject to change at the discretion of such Banks and Deposit taking NBFCs. Users are requested to verify the interest rates before opening of Fixed Deposits whereas Users shall be bound by the terms and conditions of such Banks and Deposit taking NBFCs. Deposit Insurance and Credit Guarantee Corporation (“DICGC”) cover of up to Rs. 5 Lakhs including principal and interest  is available only for Fixed Deposits with Banks. 

Bajaj Finserv Direct Limited (BFDL) has partnered with Quicko Infosoft Private Limited (“Quicko”) for providing tax filing services on our Site. Quicko is an e-Return Intermediary(ERI) authorized by Income Tax Department with Registration no. ERIA102185. Users availing the tax filing services through our Site, shall be redirected to the Quicko and Terms and Conditions of Quicko shall apply to the User and therefore any queries/grievances shall be should be raised by the User with Quicko directly.
